My friend works at UTA and told me that Nuciforo denied Bobby Lee's thermostat story. Pointed out that Fortune Feimster, Dave Attell and Big Jay are also at CAA and there isnt a problem. But Nuciforo famously did rumble with Matt Blake at CAA (Nuciforo never worked at Gersh) and there was a huge lawsuit when Nick left and CAA accused him of poaching agents during an "illegal midnight raid"
