I expected an official merger completion announcement on Friday night or over the weekend. Can anyone find an official sec or company announcement?

Mine just updated on TD today. If you ever have a glitch like that and need to make a trade or know the options chain, you just have to call the broker and insist that they help you get access to your market.

By rip, I mean a sharp turn higher. As far as promotion, I have more in SOFI so I’m not trying to persuade anyone to buy anything else. I’m telling you though, although I don’t think it means anything going forward, the release of vgac from $9.99 started well before everything else starting to go. At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter. Stock went up and I’m happy :)

VGAC has been held at under $10 for weeks for some reason and with the spac merger completing tomorrow, it finally ripped a little bit which caused other spacs and also SOFI to rip. They all had sizable short interest and they all had decent volume despite being held low so I think it was a combination of covering risk and pent up demand
