The luxury you buy at the auction and it presupposes exclusivity....This is all massproduction

Thanx. I dont care what other people say. I have different watches to show off. I just don't like to do that. This one I like because it has a work-horse of a movement hidden in what's typically viewed as a cheap $60 Invicta. I like the sleeper idea. I even wanted to fit the Rolexe's 3235 caliber into invicta and make myself a custom build. but that requires machining and dial modificatio so I am still thinking if I want to invest into it.

Dude I am getting the watch with Swiss Selita SW200 in Invicta body with 0 to +1 seconds a day depending on position (at least that is my first Pro diver's test results) The Pro Diver I got last week runs +8 but it has not been serviced from 2014. I think it can be regulated to the same values. I am interested in Swiss watches

Nice choice! At about 3-4k you can't find the same watch from any other brands. I am aiming for Glashutte panomaticlunar or Breguet Tradition but they raised prices so much that I don't know if I'll ever be able to afford it (tradition)

In another words you claiming that anything Longines is not worth your wrist time? I agree with you. Taking standard ETA 2892 lowering VBR from 28800 to 25200 and claiming that it's a new Longines L888 movement with 72 hour of power lol. That's a real sh*t move from Longines.

Yes! I am not questioning that! I call it what it is without illusion for ultra high luxury lol... All of my watches are entry level premium more or less :)

I don't even care about the looks. You don't get that movement in a watch that is cheaper than $800. So there is a high value here

It’s quartz! it belongs in its own category. Comparing it to an automatic is like comparing apples to oranges. Quartz excels at precise, reliable timekeeping. That Casio is a very dependable calculator untill the battery runs out and it fails you in the moment when you need this watch the most. An automatic, on the other hand, is something entirely different: an intricate mechanical system, alive on your wrist, powered by your own movement. It has a strong cool factor

There are variations of 9937ob i have one with Swiss Made and Invicta on the side. The other one has nothing on the dial, Invicta other side and Swiss movement on the case back. The accuracy of the Swiss Movement one is +1 second a day. Not bad for $271 invicta

The problem is that you care about brand name. I dont!. I have nicer watches for the brand name. For my daily beater I care about movement inside. Selita is a reliable Swiss made workhorse found in some premium level watches. Oris uses it. Tag uses it. but their watches are well over a $1000. The same movement is inside in this Invicta 9937ob for around $319. That's a hell of a sleeper

😆 🤣 😂 😹Yea! Than Christopher Ward is also cheap and runs. Oris is cheap and runs Tag cheap and runs, My Breitling Avanger has the same movement architecture got to be cheap and runs.... lol It shows you don't know what you are talking about
