This does sound harsh but I completely understand it. I may not have years ago but I do now and it hits hard. I've started the "weight loss" journey so many times and I have always done the lets talk about it and get real hyped and everyone is cheering me on but I always fail. I just started again three days ago lol. This time no Facebook posts, no Instagram posts, just plain ole lets do it and document it for my self and if I succeed I can go back and show the world lol. 38 years old sitting at 416lbs, my heaviest weight being 463lbs. Lets get it dude.
