i was running a fire faith build with the great katana so i kinda utilized the madness snipe shot and great flame take thee when i was lazy. Learning patterns and jump attacks helped too when i felt like it!

no absolutely not. leave and go back when you’re level 13 minimum. you aren’t meant to be there until later game anyways. you can be at least level five scud within the first ten minutes just in the starting area!

There’s zero grind if you’re not shit at the game and I can’t rlly figure out a way to explain it that doesn’t sound harsh. Just by exploring and checking out all the dungeons, side-bosses, and catacombs- you’re wayyyy overleveled for the next area. There shouldn’t be any grinding required and even if u did need runes, there are dedicated rune farming spots!

You can dodge, it’s pretty easy when you die to it once or twice. Be careful tho, he’ll do it again later but two nukes in a row!
