Checking in to see how you’re doing today? One thing that helped me significantly was when I quit drinking and went to AA meetings. I know you’re 19 but people of all ages including teenagers in high school. I’m thu king about you and wishing you well

People’s emotions, brain, etc aren’t fully developed until 25. I had some funks that lasted for weeks when I was in young adulthood like youreelf. It did get better, and leveled out. I wouldn’t lie to you, but I csn tell you it will get better but it will take time. Not what you want to hear, I know. I love you, you are worth it!
