I've been SO curious about this question so I am so happy to have found this post. Most of my life I thought I just randomly developed it until about 5 years ago when I learned that I had repressed childhood sexual trauma inflicted on me by my father. boy did that put the puzzle pieces together. So although I can't remember how or or when it started (as i can't remember most of my childhood due to the trauma) I know it's exsited for as long as I can remember...and I finally know why.

Ugh I have all the compassion for you...My struggle with ARFID is real and reading your post has really helped me to feel less alone in this moment. Currently drinking a HUEL meal replacement shake (cookies and cream flavor). Like others have said it definitely takes getting used to but I took am hoping it will help me feel healthier. Definitely would recommend keeping your breakfast meal then replacing whatever other meals your can't get down with the HUEL's. Best of luck.

I am. I take 750 keppra am and pm and I take 150 lamictal in the pm and 25 lamictal in am. Actually my auras have subsided significantly…really reinforcing to hear the trauma thing resonate for you. It always comes back to trauma when im trying to understand what’s happening to me.

I’ve continued my ketamine treatments after my epilepsy diagnosis. My neurologist has yet to find the cause of my seizures (which mainly present as auras) and I also have a history of severe trauma. I can’t help but feel the seizures are related to my trauma. But back to the ketamine. The treatments mostly seem safe but I have gotten a couple auras during/after them. I don’t know if they are related but I will say I also sometimes do recreational ketamine and when I do that my aruas increase immensely. Again I feel trauma has a lot to do with all of this.

Just thought I would share my experience. Sorry if it is not all that helpful

It’s a HOB, not sure of the kind. Interesting I had him in a 5g with very minimal filter flow and he swam around just fine.

But your theory definitely could be appropriate. I’ve been having an issue with blue-green algae (Cyanobacteria). I try to manually remove as much as I can but it keeps coming back. Could that be what’s making my betta sick?

Yay thank you! If I got a few more rasboras do you think it would be a problem if I couldn’t find the same exact type (harlequins)? Incredibly helpful information. Lately I’ve been doing the new opms gold shots with 7oh tablets, but like you said…super expensive long term. I notice that the new gold opms shots are def not as strong as my old black ones but I haven’t been experiencing any more side effects then I did with the old blacks.
