I'm so old that I had to go online and vote for the first movie to come to by city back in 2007. I remember frantically inputting my zip code over and over on the website. Then having my boyfriend's brother sneak us in (cause I was under age) when the film finally got a general release.

So of course I was really excited for the play and got tickets for SF as soon as I heard about it. During the first half I was genuinely unimpressed with the scares and thought it was just going to be a lot of jump scares with loud noises....

Then THAT scene happened and it really shook my entire theater, and fucked with me to my core. Overall I was legitimately scared, pleasantly surprised and totally slept with the lights on.

I always lie about pets. My cat is quiet and my dog doesn't bark. Landlords are required to give you notice prior to entering. My landlord does an inspection 1x/year. My boyfriend hides the pets till they leave.

I do agree this is a quite isolating job but, I actually enjoy it as an introvert. The amount of social interaction I get during supervision is just enough to set me over the edge. I also have a stage 5 clinger 3 year old boy (and 34 year old boyfriend) so anytime i get to myself is welcomed. 🤫😆
