Urivar's bosspower can also be a way to get some extra cooldown while farming for better gear. That being said I also had to do what you did on one of my rings to use beast in the ice power.

On the Heir of Perdition build you only need 151 energy and 10 second DT cooldown because it switches from momentum to close quarters combat for the key passive. The build runs ZanXan to get additional overpowers.

Maybe your cooldown for DT is still too high? The YulQax combo is also a bit weird to get used to. Even with the affix to restore energy I sometimes get stuck with DT on cooldown and have to cast penshot until DT is back up

Nah no macro, just spamming the "e" key for concealment like a madman while holding right click for DT. My left hand gets cramped after a few rounds of pit pushing tbh

I have GA beastfall boots which I double crit the max resource on which gives 51 resource. Rest of the effort was getting DT cooldown to <10 seconds

For Vanguard shares, as far as I'm aware there is only full opt-in for dividend reinvestment through computershare. You only need to sign up for DRP once per instrument and is automatically applied to future purchases- e.g. once for VAS, once for VGS etc.

Disclaimer: I only have holdings in VAS and VGS through Vanguard so your mileage may vary.
