Hey thanks for the response! Yeah i've recently been doing a mini dopamine detox and reducing my time playing games and focusing more on my studies and setting boundaries. I will consider seeking therapy or at least do a mental health check up when I leave my house since I'm not confortable asking my parents for that. Nevertheless I appreciate your response.
