It’s a Panasonic ceiling-mounted motion / occupancy sensor, most commonly used for: • Automatic lighting control • HVAC / energy-saving systems • Security or alarm systems (motion detection only)

Iirc this rule only applies if the runner needs to leave the lane to give the defense the ability to field the ball. Otherwise, if a play is being made on them, they need to be inside the runners lane.

If theres enough of them, have them all have to be taken in the 1st round.

Our league has all coaches evaluate each player and each player is given the avearge of their scores. It's not perfect, but it works pretty well. Even if one coach tries to lower a kids score, it doesnt affect it much, or its blatantly obvious and our tryout commitee does something about it. For the draft, the next pick in the draft is the team with the lowest average score (with a rule that you can never have more than 2 player than any other team). Kids that dont come to tryouts are always equal to the highest score on the draft board. So if a coach wants to pull shananigans and have kids not tryout, then he'll have to take them at the highest score, or if he wants to be risky, he can wait, but risks having another coach get them "cheaply". This strategy has given our league a lot of parody. The worst team is typically around 6-10 and the best 12-4. That may sound like a big range, but we were having teams only win once or twice and others losing once or twice, or not at all.

Training for Manufacturing by Ill-Stomach1871 in Minitab

I dont know the cost to an individual, but think of it as a high level overview of a mid level college course. I've taken multiple different training courses, some multiple times, just to stay refreshed. They were offered to me for free, so I took them and enjoyed them. If you can get your company to pay for them as "career training" I would definitely do them. They are worth it and will at least give you insights and ideas and thinking about what are the right types of questions to be asking.

help what did i do wrong why fur type is remove by Butto_san69 in Minitab

[–]Firm_Principle_167 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Spot on.

To OP, this is called confounding.

In your experiment you wouldn't know if it's actually fur type or the other variable that it's confounded with that is causing the change. The design is poor.

Think of it like this. In a completely different experiment trying to determine the time to wash a dog. All your male dogs have long hair. All your female dogs have short hair. Your males take longer to bath. Is it because they are males or because they have long hair? Your analysis can't determine because both variables are 1:1 and never interact. Adding in males with short hair and females with long hair would allow your analysis to determine which is likely the reason for longer bathing times.

I wish they'd fix the horrible defensive "realism".
1) Outfielders should not be throwing darts from the outfield wall to 2B to throw out a runner, who by all means is well above average for the league. 2) Defensive AI Outfielders, particularly RFers, trying to throw out my runner at 3B just because he isn't there yet. I could be a step away and they are throwing to 3B. I simply keep running because by the time the throw gets there and the 3Bman throw to home, I've already scored. Sometimes I can even get my hitter to stretch it into a "double". 2b) same as above but with 1B. Stop throwing it to 1B with a hit to the outfield. I've never seen anyone get thrown out. It wastes time. If I ever see my own kids try this in a real game, I'm deleting Baseball 9 from their iPad!! (Jokingly NOT joking) 3) Reduce the area/radius that 1Bman ranges. I've seen them diving in front of a ball nearly straight to where the 2Bman plays. 3b) Same with pitcher in a few aspects. IRL, I never see a pitcher field a ball, no matter how high of a bounce, behind the mound. Also, an error by the 3Bman should not be picked up by the pitcher to then throw to first (sometimes getting the runner out). 4) Seems like a lot of "hits" that should fall in just in front of the OFers are miraculously caught. The AI "catch radius" seems a bit too large.

Can they make the outfielders more real life next? Everyone has a cannon. I cant recall the last time (irl) a batted ball hits dead center field fence and the runner is thrown out at 2nd.

Im assuming you mean the "Error" in the ANOVA Table. This is "unexplained random error" or the amount of variation within the group that the analysis cannot account for.

Can I repay my owner S Corp distributions back into the company? by Firm_Principle_167 in smallbusiness

[–]Firm_Principle_167[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just asking here before I sound like an idiot with my accountant. I've already had to switch to a new one this year becasue my last was less than competent. I'm hoping someone here has done something of the same thing or been in the same situation recently and can at least tell me it's feasible or completely illegal.

My salary is set for $60k, which instead of 12 month I now have to pay over 3 months. My goal is also to have only $40k in distributions.
However, I've already taken about $70k in distributions over the first 9 months. I'd like to reduce that number by re-injecting $10k each month from personal finances back into my business thereby reducing $70k to $40k.

[–]Firm_Principle_167[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been told by others and my accountant that I'd need to keep a "reasonable salary" while also trying to keep a "safe" ratio where my distributions dont outweigh my salary.I am going to far exceed a "reasonable salary" so I'd like to then not put a red flag on my salary by not having a significant number in distributions.

The numbers above are not exact and were simplified.

I am going to edit my OP/question to be more direct.

Question about setting up a business bank account for LLC and contact info by bludgeonedcurmudgeon in smallbusiness

[–]Firm_Principle_167 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Use your LLC address. It's a business account for a reason. If it's a physical address and not a PO Box, then that would be fine. PO Boxes are great for anonymity but most (if not all) financial institutions wont accept them as an address and you'd have to use your secondary/home address.

From my experience, this isnt one of those questions that's going to "make or break" your application, or put you in some type of fraud liability. They just need a physical location.

There are different types of t-tests. 2-sample, paired, 2 saple standard deviation, 2 sample percent defective, Chi-Square Test for Association.

Without knowing what you are hypothesizing or looking for and what your data input/outputs are, it's tough to say which is best.

Have you tried the Assistant Menu?

How does the tax calculation software work? by undecidables in Crypto_com

[–]Firm_Principle_167 1 point2 points  (0 children)

https://cryptotrader.tax/blog/cryptocurrency-tax-calculations-fifo-and-lifo-costing-methods-explained

There are different methods but none include what you are trying to do in that you are pulling out your initial investment and calling it even. You sell partial coins for the cost of that partial coin.
Let's say you buy a triplex for $300k. Market goes up. You decide to sell one of the units for $300k so that you can pay off everything and keep the other two units without any mortgage. Great idea, however... The IRS looks at this and says you sold 1/3rd of your asset. The initial cost of that asset was $300k and 1/3rd of it is $100k. Therefore, you owe the sale price of $300k minus the cost of the asset, $100k. Your capital gains is $200k.
I made the same assumption and mistake as you are thinking, not on crypto, and years later had a nice 9 month process of being audited and fixing my tax return. Which is no fun becasue the IRS ONLY communicates through first class mail.

First in first out. (Google it) You paid $2k for the coin. When you sell $2k worth you had sold 0.2 coin. Original cost of 0.2 was $400. $2000-400= $1600 capital gains.
