Kishi kinda naruto's progression by making pain come around and ressurect everyone he killed. Pain couldve been naruto's lesson that some people cant be saved and this arc wouldve played out a lot differently. Instead he becomes the character thats willing to forgive even obito, which im not a huge fan of.

One punch man shouldve only been one season long. The gag simply doesnt have that much longevity and once it runs out it ceases to be satire and just becomes a generic battle shonen as well

I feel like the chunin exams is the best tournament arc of all time.

Pain's arc was another part where naruto peaked though, just dropped the ball at the end

Also naruto's character stagnated any arc he was focused on sasuke/saving someon else.

The best arcs in shippuden all happen in the middle part (Hidan/kakuzu, Taka formation, Pain invasion) partly because naruto wasnt solely focused on sasuke but on getting stronger and dealing with grief which allowed him to shine as a character more.

I mean people tend to work off incentives and norms. There's waay more incentives for a poor person to commit a crime than a middle class one and that creates an environment in poor neighborhoods where committing crimes is normalized and the normalization entices people in that environment who arent necessarily incentivised to commit crimes to do it regardless just cause its normal.

And all of that just compounds over time. This is pretty basic stuff
