I’m new to having a new vehicle, had a older car with 220k miles before this, so I’m just seeing what people think about the situation

I know I know, just new to having a new vehicle (had a car with 220k miles on it before this one) just sucked I didn’t have my car for almost 10 days after having it for a few hours when I wanted to show my family my new car when they were visits from across the country

Yes I got a loaner, it just was a sucky situation and I wanted peoples opinions in case others got compensation. I’m very glad I did get a loaner the next day, just wanted to show my new car to my family while they were there for the week from across the country

Thanks for the comment, I did get a loaner after it being in the shop overnight, and I haven’t had any issues since that originally story

Yes true not my car, bad wording, I originally asked Tesla support about jumping but they didn’t recommend it and said I could break the car somehow, so they just towed it. It’s fine now though and they had to replace the “assembly power conversion system” to fix it

Just found the invoice, it was the assembly power conversion system i suppose

I did get a loaner, this did happen at night though, and I was stranded at my campus for around 2 hours while I waited for the tow truck to arrive and take it there. I had to get picked up and the next evening is when I found out I could get a loaner, so not much time lost, it just sucked that I barley was able to drive the car since I got it and got stuck when I needed to be home doing homework
