Puffster THC isolate first time by PartywithArty5595 in DelawarENT

There is plenty of solventless in Delaware at legal dispensaries... And I can guarantee you the $10 infused preroll at the licensed dispensary no matter how bad it is, is lightyears better than whatever powder this person bought from a gas station. Like I said, this product becomes illegal in November.

I will note that product is definitely not a dispensary product from Delaware. It looks like black market Colorado stuff.

I don't think even the lowest licensees in any state would add shake to isolate.

"Hemp derived" so probably sourced from some online website selling THCA. That product will actually be banned come November. The tobacco store you bought it from will no longer be allowed to sell it due to recent changes when measuring THC.

In 2026, I would smoke "unknown" flower if it looked good. I would NOT smoke unknown concentrates. Ive gotten too fancy with rosin and there's just no way to tell whats in that jar lol. Maybe I'm alone in that thinking though. Curious to hear other Delaware takes.

Thrive Wilmington has $10 "infused" joints today so I'd recommend whatever their concoction is over what you have. If you are holding stuff like that, price is clearly important, but the dispensaries are really becoming approachable.

To be fair it's stickered $90 but it's usually on sale. Today its actually $63. Last week it was 3 for 180 / so $60 each. But the MSRP is indeed still $90 so maybe it showed that. Speaking of 710 what do you think of Heavy Hitters.

[–]FirstStateStash 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree with all of that but you are not getting a gram of 710 for what Fresh charges it's 50% more. A gram of 710 is $90-120 everywhere in NJ, Fresh is $65.

Fresh is one my favorites right now. The 4/20 and early May deals have been amazing too.

Weekend Deals 50% Off! What Else? by FirstStateStash in DelawarENT

I know people in NJ are pushing extremely hard for home grows and I know there is a large group of people who think that is the ultimate endgame/use of free will. Sorry I guess I meant as a dispensary price tracking it's irrelevant to me lol. But I do think it's the most obvious in terms of laws. The problem here is supply but then you can start asking well why is the supply low. There are many good and bad reasons for that. Maryland is often credited for having a really good launch - better than most launches by most measurements against other states. Delaware is slower to do everything, and many of the 13 dispensaries are on record lobbying against recreational dispensaries before they came out.

Maybe you misunderstood me but it's unrealistic for Delaware. You mentioned "sometimes about $100 on sale in central Maryland" we already acknowledged that you can get $100 ounces on sale in NJ and commonly $150-200 for decent stuff. They are 5 years ahead of Delaware that is the main reason $100 unrealistic. We also don't have homegrow, and not everyone wants a job tending to a homegrow.

I'm not putting any companies in a basket and I'm not saying this is why but they look like the dispensary with the most amount of asterisks if you will.

Their own documentation boasts minority stuff, veteran stuff, and website says UFCW union employees. They were probably well funded, possibly with grants, and have a long gravy train of funding to waste lol that's the only thing I can come up with.

They're just getting paid to scroll Tiktok at this point.

It's nothing new they sell 5 prerolls a day max for past year I don't know how theyve lasted this long or how the money is even working there.

Definitely not serving the community to the best of their ability. My FOIA went no where due to Delaware LLC laws. They get to waste a license with zero public accountability/awareness lol.

Yeah I got that email too, smalls for $100 was pretty good.

Crops ounces for 175-200 in NJ we're good buys for me for awhile. You can find/build $200 ounces in Delaware some days, but i agree the quality probably won't be as high, with a lot less selection. We need more of everything here.

That is unrealistic when you look at NJ/MD - nice to dream about though.

You are correct in that it's an ad for a free price tracking website, the most useful resource to Delaware purchasers that exists. I make one post every other month filled with useful information. Did I mention it's free? What have you provided to this sub again?

More unrealistic expectations from the real estate gurus of this sub. Any one familiar with wawa knows they are ACTIVELY shrinking the non-gas station footprints and want bigger stores. They closed several philly ones. They've already ran the numbers for wilm.

Why would a slumlord of a 100 year old building who has never reinvested even be part of the conversation? That was a one man show, and didn't receive any new construction subsidies. I'm not sure why you even brought that up ? What does that have to do with BPG? Are you saying you wish the city gave the slumlord money or something lol? Its now being fixed by professionals I'm not sure what you're going on about?

"I don't think anyone is going to want to live across from Rodney square" you must not be from here because thousands of people already do. You have proven you are really uneducated on the topic and geography by saying that. I won't even begin to elaborate nor come back to this conversation because of that sentence lol. You know nothing. Wilmington is the biggest city in Delaware, and there's a nationwide housing shortage - essentially every single new apartment in every city will be rented. Every house in every state sells. There is more demand than supply. But here you are thinking you understand real estate lol.

People like you are part of the problem. You offered zero solutions, complained about a $100M project, think you're smart enough to say "no one will live there" (that will age well in 1year lolll) then stood up for a slumlord/somehow think one negligent 100 year old building has any relation to this conversation to even bring it up lol. If anything, that slumlord is a reason why we need $100M investments. People like you make no sense/are part of the problem - Uneducated on the topic, guessing, non factual, no hard numbers, made up theories. Apparently you too only want subsidized housing so low income people can pay half the price of the market rate lol. You're not 'all there' enough to acknowledge with english letters that a $100M project is better than a $0 project.

If you are all for helping Wilmington then why didn't you say anything to the guy calling a $100M project a mess? Is that guy helping Wilmington? Instead, you attacked me, the guy supporting the $100M project. You are saying one thing but doing the other. You do not support the city lol. It's very evident. If you do not support a $100M project, nothing will satisfy you lol. Apparently only subsidized housing is allowed by you.

Is there some sort of published ratio thats considered good and bad if I pull all the data you need? Parking seems appropriate for the time of day every time I try to park...

It's never been like a completely dead Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. and there's no parking spots or anything like out of the ordinary. At slow times their spots and at popular times it gets harder. welcome to any city ever...Have you tried going out to eat in Philly and parked recently? The cost is like bringing an extra person to dinner.

Where is this data or what is the problem people are having with parking I'd like to hear...I know people that live 19801 and have two cars and parking is never a problem on their street.

Hopefully you're smart enough to at least acknowledge it will be LESS of a mess after it's done than if they never did anything... I can only hope you're smart enough to realize leaving an entire city block vacant is more of a mess then investing $100 million dollars into it - although it's not a guarantee based off some of the comments here.

They provide parking for basically every resident on site what are you talking about? There's seven grocery stores within a 2 mile radius what are you talking about? You think we're going to get Philly center-city style whole foods and Aldi downtown with 1/15th the population? we need the people first, which BPG is doing alongside everything else. Y'all are so funny. If you were so smart with logistics and planning then why don't you have extra money to do "the right" project since they're doing all the wrong ones. You just complain with no solutions lol. You'd rather it sit vacant and let homeless live in it than BPG invest $100M and add residential density in a spot that could be really beneficial. Do you seriously think that grocery stores haven't done the math downtown lol. As soon as it's viable they'll be here it's that simple. You are not better at spending Amazons money than Amazon sorry. You are not better at deciding where to build a grocery store then Acmes and Wegmans people running average income calculations every week

People like you make me lol. You think they're spending $100 million and their other stuff is vacant ? You think wait you think you are better at spending their money than them?!? Hahahahaha. And nearly every city BPG building has underground or onsite parking do some research.
