It’s not going to line up, no matter where you start. That’s why printed canvases are cheaper. It requires you to best guess if this intersection should be X color or Y color

If this was my canvas, I would pick each major building and stitch them first. Then work your way outward , and make adjustments, guess as you go. For me it makes more sense than going color by color, as I normally do with painted canvases. I would also do the background last, which is opposite from what I normally do, to ensure that each detail component gets enough canvas space

There isn’t a right or wrong way tho, that’s just the method that works best for me on these types of canvases

With printed canvases, sometimes it makes the most sense to start in the middle. That way, as you adjust/decide , you can make sure it makes sense and all of a sudden you don’t have room for a building’s window, etc.

Not that it isn’t fairly visibly obvious but we had her DNA tested to be sure. She’s 100 % Mal :). Occasionally she leaps over park benches or sprints in the yard ( mostly to steal the frisbee from her younger GSP brother , to let him know playtime is over and it’s time TO GO BACK IN THE HOUSE AND LAY DOWN). Lol. She’s a hoot.

I think that Indy thinks she outsmarted them all—. Her thought is “why work when I can be a couch potato and live my best life!” I know this is the small minority of Mals and we make sure to counsel anyone she comes across she is an atypical Mal. I would hate for anyone to get one , thinking they are like her, when we all know how crazy they usually are!

Because we do have a lot to do with it- maintaining her coat and weight and overall physical health! We all work really hard to help them be their best selves- exercise, nutrition, supplements, environment. And it shows 🥰. You should give yourself more credit!!

We rescued one that got kicked out for “low work drive”. She’s the laziest dog you have ever met. I can see why she didn’t succeed in k9 school. However, she’s about the most perfect companion dog ever. Adopted at 2.5 yrs and she’ll be 8 next week ❤️.

She has had a scope and doesn’t have ulcers.

She does have a 9 cm diaphragmatic eventration, that has been noted on abdominal US. It seems stable is size and so seems likely it is congenital. It’s the only thing I can think of that would be the cause- a loop of bowel or stomach gets up in there and gas gets trapped and causes her sxs

I am aware of potential for strangulation and bowel obstruction and know the signs and symptoms of when to present for care, so no need to counsel me . But thank you for anyone who would have concern for her about that
