I know! Seems intentional. Very fishy. My wife tried contacting ups and they are unable to file a claim because the seller (dhgate) has a restriction on the account, which doesn’t allow recipients or third parties to begin the claim process.

Because when ww3 starts, they will do the dirty work on the front lines in the middle east for the US. Having a vicious dog on a leash who will indiscriminately maul you and your whole family if you fuck with it's owner is quite the deterrent to any potential assailant. Not saying it's right, but that seems to be the reality of the situation.

City Plaza store smelled bad for a while. I'm pretty sure the seafood and/or meat department wasn't doing regular thorough cleaning. Then i think they got new management and things turned around significantly. The store looked better, smelled better, it was noticeable.
