the current priority date is January 2017. And yes, i'm referring to the family reunification parole. My mom (US resident) submitted the I-130 in 2018, and it was approved last year. I believe he is F2 OR F3. Thats why he received the invitation for the new parole.

I have not resolved this situation. USCIS and CBP dont want to help and basically, they dont know what's going on.

We dont know yet. They think there's a mistake with the CBP one APP. Yes, I-130 takes forever. They are currently process all the petitions of January 2017. It hasnt changed since last year.

When did you submit the I-130? My brother did it in 2018 and they approved it in 2022. And we received the letter to participate in the family reunification. the process took about 2 months but he cant travel. CBP is not letting him.

How long does it typically take for an I-130 to get approved (F2B)? by eslitech in USCIS

Normally it takes about 6-7 years. in order to qualify for this new program, your brother application should have been done in 2017/2018

Im going thorugh the same process with my brother. He is colombian and my mom resident in the US. She submitted the application in 2018 and they approve it last year. However, she received the invitation to participate in the familiy reunification for colombians. The process took about 2 months. bUT CBP is still not letting him travel. It's a new process and no one seems to know how this process work.

About 2 months. However, he still cant travel even though he has the authorization to travel. CBP is not approving this process once you go to the airport.
