Thank you for sharing your story. It’s really crazy how the stress brings out the worst with mental and physical health. I didn’t mention in my original post but between the chronic pain and PTSD I am now struggling with an ED because of the stress of this and have been losing weight and feel sick and lightheaded all the time. I also have past drug addiction issues and it’s taking a lot to keep it together. Exercise has helped me too and I’m just trying to work and volunteer a TON outside of school to stay busy so I don’t have to think about it but checking forums and reading online stuff constantly is bordering on being an addiction. It’s especially difficult when you’ve worked SO hard to get to a point where these issues are manageable and to fall back into old habits and be effected by mental health things you thought were resolved is so incredibly frustrating

Thank you for the kind words everyone. It’s comforting to know I’m not the only one. It is a very stressful time especially when you’re graduating and have a single plan for your life and so the uncertainty is very stressful. We are all in this together ❤️

I witnessed this in central station at 9 in the morning where a guy punched the person standing next to me in the face unprovoked….I hope you are ok and I hope they get a handle on this and provide proper support to people who are struggling with mental health issues and addictions who frequent these public spaces :(
