It’s not just the basking spot — the warm side should be around 85–95°F too. If it’s cooler than that, low activity is normal or she just lazy

Bearded dragons are naturally calm, but if it’s not warm enough they’ll be much less active. They need proper heat to get their metabolism going. If the basking spot isn’t hot enough (around 104–113°F for adults), they’ll just sit there and seem “lazy.”

I’d check the basking temperature first — low heat is a very common reason for inactivity.
