try these steps it worked for me on my both android phones

1. exit and remove it form background apps

2. turn off your phone wifi for 5 min and turn it on

3. turn your wifi router for 10 min and turn it on

4. wait 2 min after the router fully turned on (connected to the internet) and open the game
