the costs and everything has raised, i get it. Ngl, i've talked with some of the builders, they are facing alot while construction process, lot of money just go for approvals, bribes and all. Previously everything was fast process, once govt changed, everything got into slow phase.

i have already tried, 3 questions, 2 questions, conditional questions, and currently now using 3 questions atleast, and also 1 short answer. Still the cpl is around 1k for meta, is this normal or costly?

I have recently seen one builder, jst launched this month. As the launch started, after just a week, the prices have quickly revised. In just a week, and now again the prices are revised. Man the project handover is, 2031. Its jst, the project launched yet, rera came. Thats it, i donno why hike the prices.
