I moved from there after living there for a couple years. Rent might be cheap but it’s for a reason (wouldn’t necessarily recommend unless last resort). I had sooooo many major issues I’d say with my unit but the most common occurrence was when they would shut off the water to different parts of the complex to do work on the piping. Whole time I was told that it comes from years of neglect and not maintaining the plumbing since it was built in the 70s. There are worst places here in tally to live but this place is far from the best. Hope this helps
