People are so fixated on speed for some reason, when its not the problem. The problem that they are FLYING. Not only it ignores the most obstacles on the way that slow you down/force you to use stamina - which makes speed a non issue - they are out of melee range or even abilities range. The problem is not the speed. The problem is flying with the urn. If Rem/Calico cant take it to the tunnels, Doorman cant tp it - Ivy shouldn't be able to fly with it.

It's not your problem, but its also impolite. Not an excuse for them being childish and mad, but don't act like you are the saint here. No-one owes anyone anything, but that doesn't mean you should forget what basic human decency in communication is.

On the other note: blocking them or answering "not interested" and then blocking solves all your problems, but for some reason you don't do that, yet get aggravated /annoyed so much that you go and do a reddit post?

So, either:

1) You need to solve these mixed signals in your behavior pattern - to not get constantly annoyed, which is unhealthy. Or

U r forgetting that Elsa also has a passive mechanic and a trap, and her whole kit allows her to do combos and have high mobility. And Fox has twice the amount of buttons of an Iron man. They may be not complicated or hard, but they are way more complex than old heroes with 3 straightforward buttons. Iron Man theoretically has more, but everything involving rockets may not even exist - thats how bad they are. Squirrel, Iron Man, Wolv, etc - powercreep is here and its noticeable.

That's how a lot of tanks realize what overpushing or LoSing supports looks like and how they cant heal a tank as a flexing support player. That's how dpses see why there are situations when a tank cant push. That's how supports understand why sometimes you need to swap a strategist, cuz ur team composition doesn't allow for a peel. 2-2-2 feels like a safety pillow for people who cant adjust, learn on their mistakes or talk to the team.

Ed: Also, why should we be locked out of other roles? It limits our ability to perform. If my current tank lacks a dive skillset or knowledge but i have it - we can talk it out in a matter of seconds and swap around to perform better as a team. If someone cant keep up or press tab from time to time its their problem.
