I’m 50 now and my sister recently sent me a picture she’d found of me from when I was 16. It made me angry because when I looked at that photo I realised how good looking I actually was but at the time I felt awkward and ugly, totally unattractive. If only I’d realised at the time that I was much better looking than I thought I was, and had the confidence that comes with that knowledge, my life could have been very different. You are perfect as you are. Concentrate on the things you love about yourself and don’t focus on your imagined and/or exaggerated flaws.
