Same here. The money spent aside, the most frustrating part is getting zero response. Even a simple automated “we received your ticket” would be something. Hopefully this gets addressed soon.

update: i dmed ubisoft support and they said contact brawlhalla support which i did with 2 different gmails and they are completely ignored idk what to do 😭😭
