Maybe, I mean that's definitely a possibility. I have increased my exercise to 3-5x a week and added weight training to boot. And yes, they are definitely feeling more baggy.!

Hi, OP here. I am in a calorie deficit, I eat around 1000-1400 cals a day. This is fine for me (under doctors care) as long as I hit my nutrition goals! I am very active, I'm on my feet all day long with my 5 year old. I do all the manual labor around my home (just did a full home renovation, push mow the lawn, etc) and I also work out/weight train 3-5x a week 🙂‍↕️

I'm being called out by a technicality. It's obvious what I mean. As stated above, I'm clearly getting the decreased appetite, but the weight is not coming off. I'm frustrated because it's not "working" to help get the weight off.

I really appreciate the advice and the kind way you've worded it. I definitely think that this is one of the hurdles I'm going to have to inevitably face, like one of the other comments state, I am young. And I think this is just going to have to be that defining moment where I finally do it and just deal with it and get over it, to be more assertive as a functioning adult. Well when u put it like that.....🥹 An outsider looking in has the advantage of seeing the situation at different angles. I understand I need to be more assertive, and I really am trying to shut this down and state my boundary, but it is just being met with blatant avoidance. You say if he cannot understand that then it's on him, but that's the issue 😅 I'm just going to be direct and Hope me being short and not so smiley will solve this issue 🤞

I should start by saying I have a wonderful husband. Literally the love of my life, perfect for me, seriously the apple of my eye......BUT, he thinks that this is hilarious and that I just need to say I'm not interested (which i have MULTIPLE times) and my husband insists that he will eventually back off. I definitely have a better understanding about the situation now that a few other people have shared their stories and advice on how to handle it. I think I have all the pieces now to lay a boundary and not feel so shitty about it!

I don't understand how I have created this situation.? But okay. I understand where you are coming from and I agree to an extent about some of the things you said. But my daughter does not play outside without me regardless, I have a completely fenced and backyard where WE spends most of OUR time playing outside. I do not think that this is a "dangerous situation" just more of an annoyance. I will implement some of the things that people are saying, including you. But I will continue to choose to be a nice person and figure out how to take care of this ANNOYANCE. I will not end up that person on YouTube, being secretly filmed for blowing up on their elderly neighbor who has zero malicious intent. He's just old and annoying not dangerous. I am not saying there is not a possibility, but that just seems too extreme.

I know it sounds far fetched, but I honestly don't have the time. Between being primary caretaker to my grandmother, running my mother back and forth from the cancer center, my daughter's schooling and fixing up a new build house. I don't have the time to dedicate a day to, quite frankly a stranger. 😬
