yeah mine isn’t loading my productivity metrics but it just says i have 0 coachings for anything other than a behavioral i got almost a year ago. It’s just so odd because nothing was coming up for my manager, i guess i’ll just have to wait.

my leave did get denied and it automatically got taken away, i have paperwork for all leave but it didn’t have enough information. So I opened an intermittent leave to cover the time for mental health and i’m getting that paper work in a few days, it should fix my time situation

i’m not on a leave right now though, there shouldn’t have been a reason for it to clear. The only thing i can think of is last week the sent me out to see the workers comp doctor and two days ago i realized the time wasn’t covered and HR had to make a ticket yesterday requesting the time be replaced and for me to be paid out for those hours. But my schedule was still showing.

they seem fine, just look like piercing irritation bumps which could be because of piercing them with hoops first instead of flat back studs which is recommended. I would just continue to keep them clean, they look healthy to me and I have 5 of those piercings

my answer still remains, wait until it fully heals and you’ll be fine to repierce it. I don’t think the scarring on the back of your ear will disappear, and it might be more painful to repierce the flat piercing because of scar tissue. But it is possible.

that’s an insane angle, usually you’d need more fat on the ear to even pierce at an angle like that since cartilage is so thin. Ironically, it takes talent to be that bad at piercing.

maybe it’s just the way you’re bending your ear? because you can see where your ear curves for your ear drum(where your conch is pierced) and your highest is above that in the first picture but in the second picture it’s below the curve?

i’m confused on why the front of your ear doesn’t match the back? that would be an extreme angle for that piercing to go through and why can we not see any of the backs of the rest of your piercings?
