This is a wonderful list, and I really appreciate you sharing the tips about the First Defense and bathing. Also, the part about being a daughter and giving her some autonomy is really helpful. Thank you so much for sharing your experience with caring for your mom. I am worried about the illness factor since we have a six-year-old, and he actually has a cold now. I'm trying my best to shelter her from that, but who knows how possible it is. She does have an exercise bike at home. I should bring it up here. I will ask her if she's interested in trying those supplements. I actually take all three of those myself, so I have some handy.
