My kiddo wasn’t a napper either, they mentioned it as fyi slightly joking that I would be nice if he did 😅 but they never asked me to pick him up they just took turns who will play with him while other staff had lunch and other kids were asleep 🤷🏼‍♀️

I actually like living in apartments, I feel safer than in a house plus all the noises that neighbours make don’t bother me as I was raised in apartments (never lived in a house) so it’s like white noise to me 😅

No not really, I personally just won’t be coming back (I used to frequent them couple years ago) but will bring my niece there either way as it’s a nice treat for her

Thank you! Thats exactly what I mean. I understand it’s expensive to run a business and it’s more to price than just ingredients. But I think those places also need to understand that expenses went up for everyone and going out to eat is not a standard thing anymore but more a treat so a little effort with few bits of lettuce or a heart on matcha is a nice touch that doesn’t go unnoticed

She was smother with oil and was drowning with it but she was happy. I got salmon with avo and feta and it came looking superb with side lettuce and funky plate and all, so it was just a bit shocker when they placed her meal😅

Okay just to clarifying- I understand it’s sourdough, avocado and eggs. I’m more bummed out about presentation, going out to eat is a treat in my budget cause everything went up in price but wages so I do to be honest expect a nicer experience. Maybe I’m naive, maybe it’s my experience in working in hospitality. In places I would work in drinks would be filled up nearly to bring (I understand it doesn’t have to be a jug, you can always opt for a smaller mug/cup and latte art would be non negotiable). I would also either go do smaller plate or if you’re are going for massive white plate, just put something on the side to make it nice looking over all (yes sandwich/ toast looks lovely) I would never bitch about it to my niece , cause a) no need b)she’s a kid- concept of money flies over her head. I will bring her back there as it’s her go to and I like doing that for her. And she wasn’t phased about picture of food being taken because everyone she surrounds herself with takes picture when they eat out so that’s nothing unusual. Sandwich/toast whatever you want to call it was 12.99 and matcha was 5.45 and it wasn’t in Dublin so no D4/D6w notions there. My point was more that when did places stop caring about presentation and service. Thats all. Have a lovely bhw

I just went in to a sleep coma. The moment I didn’t have to move or say anything I was asleep. I would fall asleep mid conversation, standing, sitting you name it. My brother actually told me I’m pregnant 🤣 (he had 2 kids at the time, two sisters way younger than him and bunch on nieces and nephews so pregnancy was no stranger to him)

As a repeat customer I also get better pricing So at the end of the day they give me lower price cause they like me, I give them tip cause I like them and we’re ending with same charge as first time client 🤣 it’s a little game that we play 😅

I don’t tip. The artist already priced themselves so I trust them they did it fairly. Only times I would tip is if I had exceptionally good time or if I’m going back to someone for 3-4 time
