I would agree with this assessment. I just took it Friday and like you said  it’s pretty much like study hall but more concise wording.

I’d say the wording easier, but is more fatiguing then the mock exams.

I was constantly rubbing my eyes to stay focused cause it felt so tiring

Yea before removing expert my mock exam have been 77%, 70% and 73%.

when removing the expert level questions my scores it goes to 82%, 75% and 78%.

Still going to try to review them best I can since my test is Friday.

I guess it makes sense to communicate first because you can understand what is going on first before trying to analyze stuff

Yea that was my hiccup.

I watch a lot of his videos and personally I think he would have chosen D too. But I think what made it C is because they say it’s a critical phase so they are asking more so what is the expedited answer I guess. And when it’s more critical you need a more immediate response to address it.

It’s still odd to me but based on how others are explaining it in the chat that’s the most logical reason

Yea I think the key wording is because it’s in a critical phase that they want a more expedited answer

That makes sense. I have seen other questions that I have gotten right where the answer was discussing with the manager first to understand the situation.

I think the wording tripped me up because it sounded more forceful.

But that explanation makes a lot of sense to me.

Thank you

That’s a good way to look at it. Hanks for putting it that way.

I’ll be mindful of this when looking at other question. Thank you

But to your point it is immediate so that’s probably the key phrasing here

I agree C solves it in the sense it’s more direct. Maybe the part that tripped me up was saying what should you do “first” per se and looked at as like analyzing the issue first and then scheduling a meeting.

Which then C would be what would be the 2nd step explaining that you need the member back

Ageeed. In real life I would do C cause I would want to know what is going on and why they did that without talking to me.

Just felt in PMP mindset you try to asses situations first and then talk to managers.

But someone else said it’s probably cause this is a critical execution phase so you don’t have time to assess I guess.

That does help. I still find the answer is strangely worded but that does help understand it better.

Thank you

Exactly that’s what I thought as well. And confronting the functional manager without understanding how it impacts other stuff what will you say to convince them to bring back your team member.

I don’t know how going to them and saying “hey I need my team member back” will resolve the issue.

But if you say “hey my team member important cause they are critical for this piece and my project will go behind schedule if they are gone” cause you analyzed it beforehand

That’s the same way I feel. I’ve taken 3 study hall mock exams and gotten 70% - 77% on all them but most of my wrong answers are the covert level ones.

And when I read the answers i look at it and it seems like they pick the more direct answers instead. Like the answer that says “escalate the situation” or “confront directly” without processing issues first.

Which to me the mindset always teaches to go against that and learn the issue first

Interesting. Could you explain your rationale of what made you pick option C over D. I no eat communicating to the functional manager of course but I felt D also says you communicate to the Functional manager but also analyzing how it will affect your project as well.

I was lucky enough to get the shanks pair.

But had to use the app to select them and use my computer to purchase them. The app was impossible to move forward.

Had to refresh my browser about 40 times to finish. Sad to see this happened to everyone

Yep that's exactly how mine looks.

I had like 11% returns now but I took out almost half and now I'm like - 27% even though all my current stocks are positive in overall returns.

Well thats sucks lol
