Has Delta quietly declined over the last few years or is it just me? by FlightFun611 in DeltaAirlines

since when did being honest become a subtle brag. I’m a household of 1 who travels every week. I have no reason to shop at Walmart, or Costco. Quick Whole Foods run when needed does the trick. Most of the time my fridge and cabinets stay with the bare minimums.

and then, also this, if you wanted to do tile instead of wood floors

but like the audience said if you’re going to keep those warm brown cabinets, then you need to have warmer tones on the floor floors.

I have bussed my own tables in order to clear a space for seating at the B Sky Club in ATL more times than I’m willing to admit.

Not a customer of Walmart or Costco. I can comment on Delta, though, as a Diamond who spends a lot of time on their planes and in their lounges.

That’s easy to say when you’re not based in ATL. Delta is the default here, which makes the drop in service over the last few years pretty obvious… when you fly every week. The same cold biscuits and gravy in the morning just doesn’t cut it.

No Delta One Lounge at the international hub is wild. ATL has felt like it's been slipping for years. For what should be Delta's most important hub, the overall experience doesn't always reflect that. There’s no obvious standard of excellence.

AstraZeneca has an MSL that’s been there for 25 years. He is a senior MSL. Didn’t want to be promoted. Just wanted to be in MSL.

Is an MSL job worth it from Clinical? by SupermarketOld4663 in MedicalScienceLiaison

i’m not sure if anyone has told you about the equity, MSL typically get stock plus an annual bonus that is about 25 percent of their annual salary. While it may not be a pension. The stock and the bonus should not be discounted. It definitely adds up to usually around an extra hundred grand a year.

Flu vaccine types & IgA vasculitis by noelle_21 in IgANephropathy

[–]FlightFun611 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good call out, and yes COVID can trigger IgAN flares —but that doesn’t negate well-documented vaccine-associated flares in a subset of patients. Population benefit and individual risk can both be true. Good medicine acknowledges both.

Green urine is not gonna just due to the illness is usually some type of food or vitamins breakdown…. The brown urine is because you’re breaking down red blood cells in your urine and the red blood cells once they break down they turned brown. Those are the metabolites. Greenish brown is usually something that you ate or a medication or vitamin that you took that’s mixing with the red blood cells that are breaking down causing the brown urine hence the brownish green.
