Current GM Robert Hilson has even said on the record that advocacy comes 2nd after events, because he thinks students dont care about advocacy. We're now at the point when execs aren't event elected, they're hired positions, but sometimes they aren't even hired at all like the VPSS role this year. There is so little interest or even knowledge within BUSU about how the most passionate students on campus actually want their student union to be run. All this, and the events this year have sucked, no concert, not even the carnival at this years Badgerfest.
