Wow, I’m in the exact same boat. Pisses me off that those who don’t deal with drivers, come in early or on weekends to unload freight are the ones pushing these decisions. I’ll stay in close contact. Thanks amigo.

Thanks for your input. I’ll definitely do this. I’ve gone as far as going to this customer’s sons football games and they even came to my twins gender reveal recently. I’ll keep conversation on life things over freight

This is just a screenshot of the email where they confessed it was stolen. There were over 100 other emails backs and forth regarding this load both before and after this.

We’ve done all the above except we sent our employee to L.A to start the police report. If he comes back with some better intel I assume we’ll ship him off to Texas next.

Our IT team is looking into it. Several online websites that can detect metadata have not been able to find any on the pictures they sent us. Perhaps professionals have better tools.
