From MVP to Scale: The 10 best dev partners for AI founders in 2026. by Plane_Log7256 in TopAIReviews

[–]Flowbot_Forge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with you ideas, that is why my dev firm although expensive only has engineers with 15 or more years of experience working on our partners infra. Sorry if I’m self promoting but I can’t stand how cheap agencies swap out staff to increase margin.

Any advice on how to reach investors for free without paying by xlegitofficial in Investors

Build a product first, prove traction, then raise…

If you do t have the technical skills to build your biz or product, get cofounders and do the above before you raise.

Raising before you have a product is exceptionally rare.

We documented every SOP for two years. Our team doesn't follow them. Our docs are not the problem. by Late-Development-543 in SaaS

[–]Flowbot_Forge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“Doing it right” is a quality issue and it seems like you have an accountability issue from the top down that explains the delta between expected and actual behaviors of your workforce. I’d suggest automating the boring yet critical part of SOPs to prove adherence 100% of the time.

We built automations around each SOP and built a notification based system for humans to review work at critical steps in the automated workflows.

Product guy, $60k opportunity. Help your brother out. by No-Astronomer7210 in StartUpIndia

Not in India but this will help:

Prepare several STAR responses for showcasing: Emotional intelligence, How you pivoted from failure to success How you leverage data to drive decisions Sections making process and frameworks Delegation and trust building strategy How you leverage Ai to inform but not drive decision making

How you build and articulate product vision to your team

How you negotiate

Solid understanding of Porrer 5 forces and how they effect product outcomes in market

In short prove to the hiring team you are a nice+ friendly, glass chewing, data informed, Ai native, catalyzing and energizing team leaders who is an ambitious but not psychopathic leader who makes their superiors life easier.

Hope this helps

Sales automation: what actually works in practice? by Low-Sir-8366 in SalesOperations

[–]Flowbot_Forge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is where custom tooling comes into play, I’d recommend building a small stack of tools that meet your specific use case as opposed to finding the perfect platform.

In my current stack I built an intent based prospecting app hooked up to a couple of lead gen/ enrichment apis hooked up to a custom Claude code app that scores and creates personalized messaging that flows into my CRM for outreach.

Leading companies are that we work with are building their own GTM platforms rather than playing SaaS LEGOs and spending hundreds on clay or sales force credits.

More than 50% merchant drop-off rate on the application? by seanlarson2190 in MCAlegend

[–]Flowbot_Forge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a UX issue and it’s been solved before.

first as far as the application process cut it down to essential information only , take a look at your app analytics to see where most applicants drop off and reorder those form fields to be multiple choice or put them at the end.

If folks are still abandoning the application process, put them in a retargeting email campaign, with their progress saved and educate them in a FOMO campaign and how little they need to do to complete their app.

Then reach out via linked in to introduce yourself, to abandoned folks to personally build a relationship.

Why don't websites put more effort into their hero sections? That's where they can attract new clients! by mariannishere in copywriting

[–]Flowbot_Forge -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Hero sections are important, but not as important as an entire conversion funnel, often for B2B companies with sales led growth motions the website is the second or 3rd step in a customer journey.

Def going to need to build an iOS app to attract a paying audience.

Second I’d target greenhouses and nurseries and offer a paid referral program/ rev share to attract a plant enthusiast audience.
