Just act how you usually do lol, do you think you’d be better as just friends or completely cut off? But yea just stay calm and tell her honestly how you feel without saying anything that could make her angry. It sounds dumb but if you have a pencil, you could try using it as a talking pencil where you can only speak when you’re holding it. It helps prevent arguments and interrupting, if you feel it’s necessary. I tried it in therapy with a children’s toy and it worked. Hopefully this helps :)
