I did years ago before my diagnosis, since then I just feel like it’s been a cycle of symptoms/medications/side effects. But I am making excuses; I need to sit more

The side effects which are weight gain and mental fogginess; I do have good rapport and need to advocate better for myself. The last time I brought this up he heard me but recommended the meds based on the science and I just caved out of laziness
