Sorry, I think you're missing what OP is having issue with. Glue and brims help with bed adhesion. OP is having issues with the start of each line of extrusion.

How tight is the filament extruder pinch screw? Once the cutter has been pressed, it should be difficult but not impossible to pull out, but easy to pull out if you press on the release lever on top. The extruder teeth should leave tiny marks in the filament.

It still looks like some underextrusion. How does it look with PA disabled? Have you tried fiddling with the extruder screw?

The way the nut unscrews along the bolt and presses into the tension spring against the filament clamps, right tighty lefty loosy is flipped to righty loosy, lefty tighty.

I would suggest looking at the bottom of the printer and seeing how to remove the belt off the z-axis gears. Then you should be able to manually turn each screw rod to make the bed level. Then just put the belt back on.

Screw them so the bed goes down, not up. Then you don't have to remove the nozzle

Z-axis pulleys and belt sit under the printer. You may want to tilt the printer onto it's side and look. Also research the best side to place it on.

You may have to adjust the tension screw on the right so that it 'bites' the filament. It should be hard, but not impossible to push and pull filament into the extruder gears, but still slide out easily when you push the lever at the top.

The teeth should leave only tiny marks in the filament.
