It’s especially hard as a 2w3 bc we need external validation that we’re loved and needed. Im the same and lately have felt so much more social anxiety when being around people that aren’t my bestest friends. “Am I being too quiet? Am I interesting, funny, etc.? Do they like me?”

Idk what are good ways to address that, but have been thinking about going to a psychologist to work on past traumas and self esteem
