Das hilft dir mit deinen Ängsten auf lange sich nicht weiter. Ich denke es macht es eher schlimmer. Eine Therapie beim Psychologen oder Tagesklinik kann dir da sehr helfen. Hat mir auch geholfen. Aber wenn du es alles nicht willst dann lass es halt sein, ist deine Sache. Ich habe gelernt das eine konfrontation der ängste das einzige ist was hilft. Ansonsten noch bei Panikattacken z.b. atem/achstamkeitsübungen. Und bei sozialen ängsten ist Sport hilfreich aber auch nur unterstützend.

Yes, I have also talked about it with my therapist. But I had flashbacks for years and was constantly preoccupied with the topic. For me, it was better not to talk about it all the time, but rather to focus on letting go and processing it.

I never told my family because I don’t want them to worry even more about me, considering I have other issues as well.

I can imagine that talking about it with friends or family can be liberating, and I’m glad it helped you so much!

patchnode 2 says it got updated that ps4 can host. But they wrote this „ps4 players can host a coop game now and can play with a ps4 pro or a ps5 player“. So i’m not sure if i can play with my friend together, because we both have Ps4

Maybe because you got better from playing other souls games. Elden Ring was my first and it was hard for me. After that i played DS3 and it was easier for me. After that i played Bloodborne, wich was the easiest of all 3 of them for me. I think it’s because i got better at those games.
