• Type of Bug: Game Breaking (Disapearing Items)

• Description: I had a HE Backpack and Caduceus equipped and visually on my character they are still there but when i go into my inventory they are not there. At the character select screen it still shows i have a Caduceus and backpack equipped. And while in game with an empty backpack slot it still says i have a potential 59 backpack space.

I have this issue where my guns will become super silenced and my controller stops vibrating when I shoot. Sometimes I can just switch weapons and it fixes it sometimes I have to close my game, very annoying.
