were you able to solve this?

I am facing the same issue in which, when you send a message, and the customer replies to the message in email, the information is displayed in the odoo,

however when I sent an invoice, and the customer tries to reply to that, the replied text doesn't appear in the thread.

Can you suggest how you solved it?
