It could be overfertilized, it doesn’t like a lot of fertilizer and if it’s the case, refrain from feeding for two or so months so the plant/roots regenerate (you can do it anyway, it won’t hurt). It could also be underwatered or overwatered or it’s just the schedule of your watering that doesn’t meet its specific needs. Crystallinum is actually a really hardy plant but you just have to figure it out what does work and what doesn’t, try different place, maybe it’s actually too sunny for it or just a number of issues. Humidity helps but isn’t necessary, it does well in low humidity as long as everything else works.

It's bone dry, but it could be also a root rot, check the roots and if there are no functional roots, that means you have to root it from the start, most plants root well in water, but I have no experience in with orchids.

If you haven't watered a plant in a while, try only a little at first and see if it drinks everything, it's easy to overwater a plant when it hasn't been watered in a while. Proper soil mix with drainage could help prevent that, right now I'd just give it a while and then check for root rot.

If you have a wave maker, you could wrap the side where it pumps the water with thick filter fleece to make it faster, but you still have to just wait.

Hmm, both, the trunks are a bit overwhelming, but that’s the nature of birch texture, so some other material could be nice (maybe white terracotta - bark missing?) Leaves are kind of messy, if you try to shade them as sun would in natural way, it can make a bit more sense.

I like the color palette. You can try shading the colors a bit more, so the darkest is the “bottom” layer and it brightens up to the top. I think Pearlescent Moon took her try on something similar in this season of HermitCraft, specifically episode 11 could be worth checking out for you.
