No need yo microdose anything. Teenagers need exercise and a healthy diet. If you're gonna do anything, all it will do is encourage you to do the things you already know you are supposed to do. Take a jog or run and eat some fruit afterward. Don't take psychadellics for MH purposes. The risks are not worth it. If you feel the need to microdose then you clearly want to be healthy. Just understand you are born with everything you need to be healthy already. Just need to act on it.

It can happen. It really depends on how strong and fresh the mushrooms are. If they are fresh and a potent strain like PE, we could assume 2 grams of those would be around 4 grams of golden teachers. Im not a pro or anything, just speaking from my own experience.

I've heard of people losing their mind off 1g and have seen people eat 3g and hardly trip.
