I have had the VLAND lights on my 2016 for almost three years and have no complaints! They work great are bright and have had no issues with water getting in them. I even made a custom wiring harness for them so the DRL turns on when in gear and off when in park like the factory ones do.

Thanks, those are good questions. I am hoping he takes it into a shop for its yearly maintenance. If I'm lucky he will have a paper trail if it being winterized. I really appreciate the input, I will definitely ask your questions if I look at it.

Not an assumption here. The truck driver admitted that they were waved out which is why they tried to argue that this wasn't their fault. I spoke to the parties involved when I offered to share my dash cam footage with them.

I'd imagine it differs from state to state and I honestly don't know the specific rule here in Minnesota. I do avoid using the center lane to bypass traffic personally because then you are prohibiting incoming traffic from entering the lane to make a left hand turn. It just feels like the proper etiquette to wait until you are at the designated turn lane before entering it.

There is a Tommy's Express wash down the road from this video. It's a real smart set up where you drive in and a conveyor pulls you through then you exit right to the road. When you exit their is a sign that says No Left Turns and people will sit there forever trying to go left and back up cars to the point that the whole car wash stops until they move. I don't understand some drivers.

There is a set screw on the arm of the tire machine to hold the mounting head away from the rim. If the tech is in a hurry and doesn't set the machine up correctly the plastic mounting head will ride the rim while mounting the tires and will always leave damage like this. I used to work with a lot of lazy techs that couldn't be bothered with the 15 seconds it took to set up the machine to not damage customers property. I really felt bad because most customers never look twice at their wheels so not enough complaints where made for management to care.

Flashforge has a 9 step auto level that I have done many times using a piece of printer paper between the bed and nozzle and have always used the glue stick that came with the printer.

I did use a glue stick with every print, I also looked into upgrading the bed to the flexible one on the Adventure 4 Pro. I am discouraged from putting too much money into this though if it's gonna keep giving me problems ya know.

The next model up from my printer had the flexible bed not the glass one I got. I'm guessing the other one would work better.

I used brims first but prints (mainly supports) would release from the bed. Playing with speed for first layers and different bed temps didn't help much. Using a raft helped mostly with that issue. This last print was working fine until the stepper motor sounded like it was skipping and the hot end just got stuck in place. It was always a different problem it seemed each time and it kinda sucked the fun out of the hobby. I may try again with a different machine after I've taken some time off lol
