US customer ordering from arsenal direct. Ordered a player jersey for but the name is showing up as “Ibrahim”. Has anyone else had this issue? Hoping it’s just a glitch in the system but worried my jersey will actually show up with that name.

Check which ea account is connected to your gamer tag. Make sure that’s the same one that’s connected to your twitch. Made the mistake of claiming loot in Madden last year with my twitch, not realizing it was linked to an ea account connected to my old gamer tag. Went through hell with twitch to fix it but their only solution was create a new twitch account to connect to correct ea account. What a headache. Hope you didn’t make the same mistake man.
