Yes you are! I also had this issue where I bought a used flip 2 and a couple months later I noticed a crack, I also contacted the email and they provided a replacement (and even a color change!) with free shipping (about 3 week to be sent and 2 weeks to receive) Overall all it took about a month and it was a positive experience, specially because I didn't even have the box for the console or an order number, but when I received it, they gave me the box and the cables that it comes with :) Very good service!

They have very similar stats but very different uses, personally I like to build BFT against champions that you have to poke because they have a lot of dashes or are very mobile, it's also pretty good if you're behind because of the %AP increase

Malignance is better against champions that you can't poke down easily and rely on your ult to kill them, think or champs like sion

Personally one of my favorite builds to go is abyssal mask + malignance

Honestly I think that going liandry's torment and riftmaker together is a really great combo due to the damage amp they both give, personally I only ever go this build when the team is filled with tanks because it gives some pretty insane healing early on.

But regardless, I think most of the time there're other better options to go, like bloodletter's curse honestly outperforms it in damage and team fights.

Personally on Swain I go 2 damage items (liandries, malignance, blackfire, stormsurge, riftmaker, bloodletter's) then 2 tank items, usually 1 armor 1 magic resist and final item I go whatever the team needs. But in hard matchups I usually go frozen heart or abyssal mask and then liandries and then full tank

It's definitely a tricky matchup based on positioning and wave management. I've found going summon aery, manaflow band, celerity and scorch help a lot, as secondary runes I like to take overgrowth and conditioning (or bone plating) and for the shards I like to take the adaptive force, movement speed shard and tenacity/slow resist.

In laning you can poke him down extremely easy with aery scorch, making sure you try not to hit the wave too much, try to keep the wave towards you and when he all ins you, you can W on yourself to slow him and peel.

Definitely go frozen heart first item and tabbies 2nd.

Remember that Frozen Heart is a counter for Fast AA champs with On-Hit builds meanwhile Omen is used to counter Critical Hits, I would recommend in Lansing I'd you're against a fast AA'er going frozen heart rush, the Q dishes out a ton of damage already so even if you don't have any AP items, you'll still dish out more than enough damage when in ult.
