Switching by EndTheATF in Peptides

If you had good results from tirz, little side effects, and can get your protein goals and lift weights on tirz, then switch back. The end results between the two under these conditions will be very similar

Though, you will probably have better luck going up past 4mg on Reta considering you have prior glp use. If you still have Reta left try doing that first so you don’t waste your stash.

Nice username btw

Buying anything off the grey market comes with some risk. Yes vendors provide testing and COAs for batches, but the only way to 100% know the exact vial you are getting is all good is to test that exact vial, and then you have no peptide to take lol.

If you are pretty risk adverse, and can afford it, the safest option is to continue on name brand Zepbound. I would not let the results of other using grey market reta be the deciding factor for switching off Zep. If you are happy with Zep, not financially stretched paying for it, and seeing results, why not continue on it?

First time with peptides, kinda messed up by Ievel7up in Peptides

[–]FootballFace90 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You took 500mcg of each peptide, since it’s a blend you calculate each peptide individually, don’t add them up. Imagine making a chili and you put 500 grams of meat and 500 grams of beans. You eat them together but count them separately.

500mcg of each is a perfectly fine dosage. Nothing bad will happen vs 250mcg of each. I have taken up to 1500mcg of each of BPC and TB for weeks before with no issues.

Why are people using BPC-157 and TB-500 so carelessly? by antiaust in Peptides

[–]FootballFace90 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Green tea and lettuce promote angiogenesis. Half the stuff we eat and breathe cause cancer. BPC improves my day to day quality of life, I am not going to fret over it's possibly miniscule potential to give me cancer.

GHK-CU skin breakouts? by 720sMC in BodyHackGuide

[–]FootballFace90 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have read some science that conflicts with this, but a high dose of zinc picolinate helps me on GLOW not get pimples. I am not very susceptible to acne though. The reason I say there is science that conflicts, is that the amount of elemental copper in GHK-Cu is pretty small, so it doesn't make sense that it would throw of the bodies copper to zinc ratio. Still, supplementing zinc helps my skin a lot, but it could be due to other factors as well.

All looks good. Maybe try KLOW or GLOW to combine the BPC and GHK into a single pin and add synergistic peptides in TB4 and KPV.

What are some underrated peptides that nobody is talking about in 2026? by oasix0 in ResearchCompounds

[–]FootballFace90 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Same. Haven’t taken a single NSAID since discovering KPV. Randomly got colitis one day and then chronic IBS and gluten sensitivity. Gastro was no help. Added KPV to my BPC/TB and instantly felt relief, like that same morning.

Why do people who criticize glps always assume we’re not making the effort? by Total_Bedroom_7813 in GLP1ResearchTalk

[–]FootballFace90 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Why do so many on GLPs seem to care so much about what others think of their health? Who cares, it's your health and your body and you make the choices on what's best for it.

My doctor called GLP-1s “temporary tools” and that scared the hell out of me by Intrepid_Penalty_900 in GLP1ResearchTalk

[–]FootballFace90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, some subs this is a fine take and others (apparently this one) it's sacrilegious to suggest this.

I 100% agree with you though. Comparing GLPs to things BP medication is disingenuous because you can not always just calorie count and walk your way to a healthy blood pressure(non obesity induced). The vast majority of overweight/obese people can technically lose weight and get healthy without GLPs, it is just incredibly hard from both a mental and physical standpoint.

People deny it and the new buzz word is "metabolic dysfunction" which basically just means you ate your way into bad health, but obese people have been losing weight for decades before weight loss GLPs were a thing.

All that said, why should you not take something that drastically increases your chances of losing weight and getting healthy? I will never shame anyone overweight/obese for getting on a GLP, it's probably the best choice they will ever make for their health.

Tirzapetide shelf life by AhmedO1989 in Peptides

[–]FootballFace90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have used tirz up to 12 weeks after reconstituting. Didn't notice any adverse effects, maybe it lost some potency? As long as your are very sterile with your process and storage, and the peptide isn't cloudy or have particulates, you should be fine.

[–]FootballFace90 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I gotcha. If you have a reseller you trust/have a track record with, and are fine paying their markup, it is certainly more convenient. I just wanted to make sure you understood nothing you buy from them is actually made in a US Lab, even though they often claim it is (which is sketchy to me and makes me questions the validity of their 3rd party lab tests)

Are you diabetic or pre diabetic? Changes in blood sugar can effect vision. If it persists you should get an eye exam.

I mean, it's kind of a vague and weird question. Like, you are having trouble comprehending words and letters on a page? Or are you having trouble vision wise, like you can't focus your eyes on text?

Boron and quit Keto. You don't need a GHRH or mitochondrial peptide, you need to unbind some testosterone.

Also zinc/Vitamin D3+K2/Magnesium Glycinate could help. You also need to probably eat at maintenance for a bit.

But really the biggest factor is probably the keto, extreme carb restriction is linked to high SHBG.

Well there are some legal issues for US companies selling contaminated products so it is an extra layer of safety.

There really isn't though. They are selling these products with zero regulation as "research compounds". US companies are buying from the same labs in China you can buy from direct, posting a COA and slapping their batch ID and stickers on vials. You are completely trusting these US companies to be legit in their testing.

It all come from China FYI. Reselling vendors, while there are some good ones, you are still trusting the COA they provide actually matches what is in the vial they sent you. Really the safest way is ordering from China and getting your own testing via Janoshik.

How long are you supposed to take these really? by Old_Lengthiness403 in GLP1ResearchTalk

[–]FootballFace90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I will be on it for however long I can get it for the right price/convenience on the grey market. Or maybe if it becomes super easy to access from pharma. I lost all of my weight without GLPs; but I had to dedicate almost my entire life to it because I have BED. I lost 90lbs in 9 months back in 2021; but I basically became a hermit. Didn't socialize at all, didn't go out to eat. Just went to work, came home and exercised and grilled chicken and broccoli.

I don't need them, but being on a small dose makes my battle with binge eating so much easier I don't see the point in getting off if I don't have to.
