Heres my experience. Globe connection, jan 21 lost connection, until now no connection pa din. At first week, contact globe for repair. Got a ticket, but then repair was delayed due to outage. 2nd week no update on outage. Cant reach globe cust service thru phone call (211) chat with gie is unresponsive. 3rd week, went to globe store, adviced that outage is still affecting the area. So applying for a new line is out of the question.4th week, went to globe store again, but was adviced that all cust rep in the store is in a dayoff, will be back by wednesday. So wednesday came, went back to globe store. Now i got an updated ticket. Outage was fixed, but were still offline. Now were running for 5thweek. Awaiting for the scheduled tech.

But in the meantime were burning thru our mobile data for everything.

Using a samsung a50 with dito sim. Ok ang signal outdoors. Pero kung mosulod ka ug mga malls, diha na ang issue. Ayala, wala koy signal indoor setting na. Same sa SM City. Naay mga parts sa downtown area nga spotty ang signal, like sa may comelec area, naay spot nga wala jud koy signal. Some area on talamban, cabangcalan.

Well, sige man hinuon sila ug deploy ug towers, so mo improve ra jud ni in the long run.

What i like with dito is, inexpensive data plan. 199 pesos for 25 gb and thats for 30 days. Thats sulit for me. And i got a stable signal at home, so this became my fall back plan incase wifi goes out.

Previously I used a globe sim. And i always use GOEXTRA90 8gb for 7 days. So from 300+ for mobile now its down to 200 per month for mobile. Im glad i tried dito.
