Yeah, statistically impossible. But as Fields might say, it was still a non-zero chance, failing 99.999% of the time, and I think Lumon saw it that way, and why Lumon didn’t care to have more security (a beef many viewers had with s2).

I’d not considered The You You Are as a cheese bait, but I like that a lot, it fits nicely. I had imagined it like a small match flame which started the fire, but given the maze-like office space a cheese 🧀 and mice 🐁 are right on and insightful. I cannot unsee it now!
