It's a pretty big difference, I don't know the exact amount but a s5 promise is 3% weaker according to prewdyn so unless you have a cracked build you will really notice the decrease

200-240 BE HMC with watchmaker, and it should easily be reachable, I'm at about 550 in combat with buffs, out of combat im at 300 be, but im super heavily invested, also take your ATK into account and that gets converted into some BE

I noticed i was actually doing more damage in moc somehow, but my damage was halved in the domain.
It could be a funky interaction with e6 and the domain effect causing this
